A delicate yet complex Golden Rum. Fermented at the distillery from only molasses, sugar, yeast and water. Double distilled and then married with highland water before being aged in small oak casks.
On the nose is an immediate smell of dessert wine – peach, apricot, tropical notes, orange peel again along with honey. A golden sugar or syrup note leads to Wonderful spice on the palate, with a smooth and balanced finish of. Honeyed raisins, smoky syrup & caramel.
Serving suggestion – A decadent aged rum best served neat or with a splash of ginger ale
