In the wild, windswept sweep of the West Highlands, where Loch Leven’s waters shimmer beneath Glencoe’s rugged peaks, Pixel Spirits Distillery, infused with Global Distillery’s passion, pours heart into every bottle. Our North Ballachulish barn is a haven of craftsmanship, where a rugged A-frame has become a sanctuary for gins, rums, and vodkas that spark joy and deliver a vibrant high. We craft spirits that pulse with the Highland’s untamed soul, each one a testament to bold taste and honest craft.
Our small-batch creations, some as rare as 50 bottles, are hand-distilled, hand-bottled, and hand-labelled, with 70cl gems signed for authenticity. With 100-litre and 500-litre copper stills, paired with i-still’s daring methods, we shape flavours that shine in a cocktail or linger smoothly on the tongue. From hand-peeled citrus to fragrant Highland heather, every botanical is chosen with care, ensuring a taste that’s pure and bold. This is our vow: to bottle the Highland’s spirit with fire, for a high that lifts every sip.
Our Highland Craft: Gins, Rums, and Vodka
Our spirits are a love song to the Highlands, crafted with fierce passion for taste and quality. We hand-pick botanicals—tart rowan berries, fragrant heather, zesty citrus rinds peeled in our barn—and dry them in-house to capture vibrant, untainted flavours. No sugar or artificial colours dilute our work; every bottle is a pure pour of Highland class, married for five weeks to deliver a high that’s bold yet refined. Our gins and rums have earned honours from the International Wine & Spirit Competition (Silver for taste and design, Bronze for G&T), World Gin Awards (Gold and Silver in Contemporary and Classic Gin), and London Spirits Competition (Bronze for taste), but the true reward is the joy in every glass.
Signature Range
Our Highland gins, crowned with awards, are hand-bottled, hand-labelled, and, in 70cl sizes, signed and numbered. Adorned with illustrations by Scottish artist Iain McIntosh, each batch of 75 to 375 bottles brims with the Highland’s soul. Available in 5cl, 20cl, and 70cl bottles.
Artisan Range
Our rare releases, crafted in batches as small as 30 bottles on our 100-litre still, capture the Highland’s seasons and stories. From barrel-aged gins to golden rums, these spirits are handcrafted works of art, brimming with bold taste and Highland fire. Available in 50cl bottles.
