A delicate white rum, fermented at the distillery from only molasses, sugar, yeast and water. Double distilled and then married with highland water. An ideal white rum to feature perfectly in hand crafted cocktails or with an artisan mixer of choice.
On the nose is a sweet cereal like characteristic, not dissimilar to a popped rice breakfast bowl. The palate commands an Orange peel and vanilla note with characteristic weight of sweetness. Warmer notes on the finish of liquorice, spice, chocolate & vanilla leave a delectable encore.
Fermented from molasses and double distilled in our West Highland Distillery in North Ballachulish. Our unaged classic white rum features a smooth yet bold and complex depth of character, ideally served with cloudy apple juice for a refreshing thirst quencher or as part of a flavoursome cocktail such as a Coquito or Wild Strawberry Daiquiri.
This award winning rum is made in Scotland from start to finish, hand bottled and hand labelled at Pixel Spirits distillery, next to the iconic Ballachulish Bridge which appears in the labels.
