Visit our distillery near Fort William and Glencoe and distil your very own bottle of gin or rum! All classes are run by Craig, our Master Distiller, who will teach you everything about the distilling process, and recipe development, helping you to create a perfect spirit!

GIN SCHOOL EXPERIENCES
Pixel Spirits was one of the the first distilleries in Scotland to offer full distillation courses! Equipped with traditional copper pot mini stills, here you can learn the art of distilling using your own mini still and develop your unique and personal recipe for an Uber small batch gin.
In our gin making experience we will teach you about the key botanicals involved in gin making and you will learn how to create your own bespoke and unique gin using botanicals of your choice. We will assist you in blending the various botanicals together to create a completely unique recipe, a full bottle of your own creation will then be yours to take home!
Our Gin School experience is suitable to anyone interested in gin distilling, whether you’re a connoisseur or just wish to know more or experience and learn something new! We are happy to play host to individuals, couples or small groups.

RUM SCHOOL EXPERIENCES
Pixel Spirits is the first distillery in Scotland to offer Rum distilling experiences! Visit our distillery and see how we make rum from scratch using sugar cane molasses then create your unique and personal recipe for re-distilling your very own bottle of rum.
Our Master Distiller will teach you about the process of making rum and guide you through the use of botanicals and spices (over 100 available to chose from!) to flavour your bespoke spirit. Once you have bottled, named and labelled your rum and wax sealed your bottle, a full size 70cl bottle of your own creation will then be yours to take home!
Suitable to anyone interested in rum and distilling, expert tuition provided by our Master Distiller! We are happy to play host to individuals, couples or small groups.

- There is also an option to buy a cask for ageing your rum at home!
GIN TASTING & DISTILLERY TOUR
Enjoy a tasting of three gins from our range and have a peek at our distillery and hear from the Master Distiller himself, how he creates these award winning spirits! You will learn how our gins are made and gain knowledge on the different flavours and distillation and production processes.
The tour and tasting will take approximately 1.5 hours, meeting point is at Loch Leven Hotel next door, where the tasting will take place. Minimum age limit is 18 years, drivers will get a soft drink as well as a goody bag to take home.
